OUR SOURCING MODEL

TRDST operates as a lawful parallel importer under European Union regulations. The principle of exhaustion of rights within the EU/EEA allows goods placed on the market by or with the consent of the intellectual property holder to be freely resold across borders. This means:

  • Every product is genuine — manufactured by the original brand in their authorized factories.
  • Sourced from within the EU — we purchase from established European dealers and distributors who are authorized to sell these products.
  • Fully legal — parallel importation is a recognized and lawful commercial practice under EU trade law, upheld by the European Court of Justice.
  • Same quality — the products are identical to those sold in brand showrooms and authorized retailers. There is no difference in materials, craftsmanship, or specifications.

WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty within its original scope and terms. Since our products are sourced through authorized European dealers, warranty claims are processed through the original point of purchase.
