Yes, 100%. Every item is sourced directly from authorized European manufacturers and dealers. We guarantee authenticity on every product we sell.
How long does shipping take?
All products ship directly from Europe. Most stock items ship within 2-4 weeks. Made-to-order pieces typically take 8-14 weeks depending on the manufacturer. We'll provide tracking once your order ships.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes. All large furniture orders include complimentary white-glove delivery — professional in-home delivery, unpacking, placement, and packaging removal.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale. Please see our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
How are your prices so competitive?
We source directly from European manufacturers and dealers, cutting out intermediary markups. This allows us to offer authentic luxury furniture at up to 50% below typical retail prices.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the Worldwide. For our Korean customers, please visit trdst.com (Korea).

Are import duties and taxes included in the price?
No. All orders ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Product prices are in EUR and exclude import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. You are responsible for paying these charges and clearing customs promptly when your order arrives. Delayed customs clearance may result in storage fees at your expense. Please check with your local customs authority for applicable rates before ordering.
Do you ship to EU countries?
Currently, TRDST ships to countries outside the European Union only. We are unable to process orders with EU delivery addresses at this time.
